The UNCW IMC MA Brand Analysis provided a holistic approach to learning the program I am enrolled in. Working with a group, we gained a comprehensive understanding of the program’s offerings, competitors, audience and positioning, messaging across platforms, and communication with the public. While this analysis was a collaborative effort, the sections I focused on were communication, messaging, and a brand recommendation to increasing digital presence to cultivate brand loyalty. As practitioners, when considering the framework of IMC, I want to ensure consistency across social platforms for clear messaging to the public.
